The mid-century modern design allows for taking full advantage of natural lighting. You will enjoy the open floor plans, wood beams, and complete kitchens in these very unique patio homes.

The patio homes are located on smaller streets and have larger porches, patios, and/or decks to create a more cohesive and neighbor-friendly community. Our goal is to establish a planned community for the 55+ active adult who is looking for maintenance-free living.

All of the appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, window coverings, and washer and dryer, are included. 24/7 maintenance for everything inside and outside of the patio home allows for easy living. As these are leased, you are not responsible for property taxes, property insurance, or any worries about the landscape, lawn care, or snow removal.

With the assistance of focus groups of those currently living in patio homes, we have planned for every small detail; roll-in showers, low-maintenance and slip-resistant flooring, finished and heated garages, under cabinet lighting, wider door ways, and ABSOLUTELY NO STEPS!
