Westwood Patio Homes offers 34 state-of-the-art patio homes for aging adults, organized in duplexes or triplexes. Our five models are the Belair, Fairlane, Galaxy, Riviera, and the Shelby. Yes, they are the names of American cars in the 1960's!

The mid-century modern design allows for taking full advantage of natural lighting. You will enjoy the open floor plans, wood beams, and complete kitchens in these very unique patio homes.

The patio homes are located on smaller streets and have larger porches, patios, and/or decks to create a more cohesive and neighbor-friendly community. Our goal is to establish a planned community for the 55+ active adult who is looking for maintenance-free living.

All of the appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, window coverings, and washer and dryer, are included. 24/7 maintenance for everything inside and outside of the patio home allows for easy living. As these are leased, you are not responsible for property taxes, property insurance, or any worries about the landscape, lawn care, or snow removal.

With the assistance of focus groups of those currently living in patio homes, we have planned for every small detail; roll-in showers, low-maintenance and slip-resistant flooring, finished and heated garages, under cabinet lighting, wider door ways, and ABSOLUTELY NO STEPS!

    "Our decision to move into a Westwood Patio Home was not an easy one, but one we have been so glad we made when we did.

    The timing was a bit complicated having just had hip and knee replacements. But with incredible help from family and friends, we chose only what we felt we needed for the next years of our lives and moved in within three weeks' time.

    It is truly one of the best decisions we have ever made.

    Life in this amazing community is truly wonderful. We have enjoyed making new friends with so many who are on this same life journey.

    Our neighbors are fantastic and so kind and caring. We are also very grateful for the amazing staff at Westwood Patio Homes. We appreciate all the ways they care for us. The community events even during this pandemic have only served to bring us closer together.

    "Like many couples as they get older, we were ready to downsize from a large house to something more manageable. After making several trips and looking at the different units, we made the move from Arizona. We fell in love with our home at Westwood Patio Homes!

    We enjoy the higher toilets and grab bars in the bathrooms and larger doorways.

    Everything is so conveniently located - grocery stores, drug stores, and doctor's offices. We were able to join Silver Sneakers at The Windsor Recreation Center, which is only half a mile away. The Windsor Lake is close by with a 3-mile walkway, nice backdrops, and wildlife to watch.

    The neighbors at Westwood are friendly and help each other. Maintenance takes care of snow removal, the property, and the home - response time is usually same day!
